Tampering with this site, misrepresenting the identity of a user, using buying agents or conducting fraudulent activities on this site are strictly prohibited.
Tuff Stuff limits all sales purchased through its Web site to the contiguous United States. For questions regarding sales in Alaska, Hawaii and/or international sales, please contact our sales department at email@example.com. All products listed on the Tuff Stuff Web site are new, shipped in their original packaging and most items carry our manufactures warranty.
Validating Your Order:
After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address you provided when you placed your order.
Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The Tuff Stuff Web site reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Out of Stock Items (Back Orders):
If a purchased item is deemed on "back order", a Tuff Stuff representative will contact you regarding the status of your order. You will be provided with an "estimated" availability date. At which time, you will be given two options regarding your order:
1) Cancel your order (You will not be responsible for any fees).
2) Keep your order open until item on back order becomes available.
If you agree to the back order, a new Sales Confirmation will be sent to you with an "estimated" availability date listed. You must sign and fax the updated Sales Confirmation to 909-629-4967 to acknowledge you agree with the back order status.
Any cancellation received after "back order" is accepted may incur a 25% restocking fee. If a cancellation is received after the back order has been shipped, you will be responsible for all freight cost incurred in addition to a 25% restocking fee.
All order cancellations must be submitted in writing by fax or email. The fax number to send your order cancellation is 909-629-4967 and the email address is firstname.lastname@example.org. You will not be responsible for any cancellation fees if the order is cancelled prior to you receiving a Sales Confirmation. If the order is cancelled after a Sales Confirmation has been issued, Tuff Stuff may apply a 25% restocking fee unless it is a custom order. ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If cancellation is received after the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for all freight cost incurred in addition to a 25% restocking fee.
At Tuff Stuff we value your financial privacy as if it were our own. When you provide contact or billing information by phone or Internet, we keep your information strictly confidential. We will never sell, share, or rent customer information with any outside party not directly involved in the processing of your order. All information transmitted by you to http://www.tuffstuffitness.com while ordering or communicating with us via our Web site is secured using the latest technology in software encryption and security. We do not store your credit card information on our system.
All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to Tuff Stuff's Shipping Policies.
Residential orders typically leave our warehouse within five business days of your order's placement. You should receive your order within 7 to 14 days after the order has been shipped. In the event we cannot fulfill your order within these time frames, we will notify you using the email address you provided with your order.
Commercial orders ship within 21 to 30 days, with some larger or custom orders shipping within 45 days. All commercial orders will be shipped to the nearest carrier's terminal where they must be picked up within 48 hours to avoid any storage fees. If you wish for your commercial order to be delivered and installed at your facility, please contact a Tuff Stuff sales representative to arrange new delivery terms prior to your order being shipped.
Many of the items manufactured and produced by Tuff Stuff are oversized and shipped using a common carrier. Most of these common carriers only provide curbside delivery. Therefore, it is your responsibility to off load the equipment when it arrives at its final destination.
In the rare event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 60 days from the receipt of the shipping confirmation email.
We honor both our residential and commercial warranties to the fullest. For detailed information about our warranties, please see the warranty card included with your product or contact our sales department at email@example.com
If non-commercial product is purchased for a commercial setting, all warranties will be null and void. If you are purchasing products for commercial use, please contact our sales department at 888-884-8275 to discuss any potential warranty conflicts.
All of Tuff Stuff's warranties are non-transferable. Please do not complete the warranty card if you plan on purchasing Tuff Stuff fitness equipment as a gift for someone else.
All products must be registered for warranties to become activated.
Credit / Refund Policy:
All credits and refunds will be issued within 30 days of request. All credits and refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment received. If you paid by credit card and your information has changed from the original form of payment, a credit will be issued to you by check. All check credits and/or refunds will be mailed to you via United States Postal Service to the billing address you provided. All fees and costs associated with an order will be subtracted before the credit and/or refund is issued.
30 Day Return Policy:
If for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with the Tuff Stuff product you have purchased, you may return the product within 30 days from the day you received it and Tuff Stuff will apply a credit to your account less the freight. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FREIGHT COST BACK TO THE FACTORY AND THE FREIGHT COST WE INCUR TO SHIP TO YOU IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Item returned may be subject to a re-packaging fee. All original packaging must accompany the returned product to avoid a restocking fee. If a product is damaged or defective, please contact Tuff Stuff at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make arrangements to send you a replacement or arrange servicing.
If you would like to return the product under this guarantee, you must contact Tuff Stuff at email@example.com to receive a "Return Authorization Number". All items returned without a valid "Return Authorization Number" will be refused and returned to you.
Product Display / Colors:
The Tuff Stuff Web site attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using.
Errors on Our Site:
Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Tuff Stuff reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Tuff Stuff will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with Tuff Stuff's Return Policy.
Termination of Use:
Tuff Stuff may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account or your use of the Tuff Stuff Web site at anytime. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. Tuff Stuff reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspects of the Tuff Stuff Web site at any time without prior notice.
