Proformance Plus Leg Extension / Prone Leg Curl
TuffStuff’s Proformance Plus Plate Loaded Leg Extension / Prone Leg Curl (PPL-155) is a dual machine designed to strengthen nearly all of the muscles in the legs. When used as a prone leg curl, it targets the hamstrings, calves and hip flexors. When lowering your feet back down, the buttocks (gluteus muscles), thighs (quadriceps), and front of the shins (tibialis anterior) are activated too. Whereas the leg extension works the muscles on the front or anterior of the leg, primarily working the quadriceps.
The all-new Leg Extension / Prone Leg Curl (PPL-155) is engineered and manufactured at TuffStuff’s California-based headquarters. Using the highest quality 2″ tubular and 2″ x 3″ rectangular steel. Full commercial quality, all products in the Proformance Plus strength line are built to withstand heavy use by serious lifters.
Simple to use and adjust, the Leg Extension / Prone Leg Curl (PPL-155) includes a pull-pin adjustment to easily switch from a leg extension position to a prone leg curl (US Patent Pending). Equipped with a self adjusting foot roll, the PPL-155 is designed to accommodate different user’s leg lengths without affecting knee alignment with the axis of rotation. In the prone leg curl position, angled hip and chest pads promote a prone position to minimize spinal hyperextension.

Upholstery Colors:
The Proformance Plus Plate Leg Extension / Prone Leg Curl (PPL-155) includes upholstery custom crafted from Premium Bolta Sport vinyl, with a PreFixx protective finish. It is mildew resistant, anti-microbial, oil and sulfide stain resistant and resists UV lightfastness. Meets or exceeds most flammability test requirements. All upholsteries are double-stitched with “hidden” borders.
