TuffStuff’s Customer Service team can handle most requests from warranty claims, replacement parts or simple assembly assistance.  TuffStuff maintains a complete inventory of parts for both residential and commercial equipment.  It is important to use genuine TuffStuff replacement parts or will void warranty.  For assistance, looking for custom or hard to find discontinued equipment parts, please email Service@TuffStuffFitness.com.

WARRANTY REGISTRATION

All of TuffStuff’s residential and light commercial products include a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY* to the original purchaser which covers the equipment’s frame, welds, linear shafts, and weight plates.  All other hardware (unless listed below) is covered for five (5) Years; attachments and finishes are covered for one (1) Year, while upholstery includes a six (6) month warranty. *See TuffStuff’s Limited Product Warranty*

TuffStuff’s COMMERCIAL WARRANTY varies by product, please see Owner’s Manual for details.  Commercial line products include ten (10) Years warranty coverage from the date of purchase for new equipment frames, welds, linear shafts, and weight plates.  All other hardware (unless noted below) is covered for three (3) Years; linear bearings, Trak handles, pull-pin components are covered for one (1) Year.  While commercial equipment upholstery, finish, rubber grips, belts and cables are covered for six (6) Months.  Learn More >
